HOW TO GET HERE
Spiti Monk Location
We’re located in Kaza, the main town of Spiti Valley, Himachal Pradesh – just 50 meters from the central market. Surrounded by snow-capped peaks and ancient monasteries, our property is easily accessible during the summer months and offers stunning views of the Himalayas.
By car
Drive via Manali–Rohtang Pass (open June to October) or Shimla–Kinnaur route (open longer, more scenic). High-clearance vehicles are recommended. The road offers breathtaking views and several stopovers at villages, valleys, and monasteries.
By plane
The nearest airport is Bhuntar Airport (Kullu), about 250 km from Manali. From there, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to Kaza. Flights are limited, so book early. Alternative airports: Shimla or Chandigarh.
